Broadway School of Rock

Internship

During my internship on the Broadway tour of School of Rock, I shadowed the UK stage manager and served as interpreter for the Chinese technical crew, bridging communication between two production cultures. I learned to read cue sheets, manage props, and coordinate backstage flow during live performances.

I also assisted with fittings and wardrobe preparation to maintain costume continuity across performances. Working behind the scenes of a professional touring show taught me how every cue, every transition, and every moment of teamwork keeps a production alive.
